  • Free Plan: Perfect for individuals and small teams exploring NocoDB. It includes most features—including access for all view types, integration, webhook, collaboration and role-based access control—with usage limits.
  • Plus Plan: Includes SSO! Ideal for small to medium-sized teams that need moderate automation, custom branding, and increased storage and record limits.
  • Business Plan: Suited for growing teams that require higher record limits, more API calls, and broader integration capabilities.
  • Enterprise Plan: Tailored for large organizations needing enterprise-grade security, large storage capacity, unlimited API access, extended audit logs, and priority support.

All paid plans include unlimited editor seats and are designed to scale with your team's evolving needs.

Can I use NocoDB for free?
Yes, NocoDB offers a Free plan that provides access to core features at no cost. It’s ideal for individuals or small teams starting out, allowing unlimited bases, up to 1,000 records per workspace, and collaboration with up to 3 editors and 10 commenters. The plan includes key views such as Grid, Kanban, Gallery, and Form, along with basic API access (up to 1,000 calls per month). While advanced features and branding options are limited, the Free plan is a solid choice for lightweight projects and initial exploration.
Am I eligible for the early adopter discount?
NocoDB offers a loyalty discount of up to 55% for users who signed up during the free technical preview period. To check your eligibility, sign in to your NocoDB account and navigate to the Team & Settings page. If you're eligible, a banner will appear with details about your discount.
What are my payment options?
NocoDB uses Stripe to process payments, supporting a variety of secure and flexible payment methods. Depending on your region, you can pay using:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
- Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Bank transfers and ACH payments (where supported)
- Local payment methods (such as SEPA, iDEAL, and others based on your location)Subscriptions can be billed monthly or annually. Annual billing offers a 20% discount compared to monthly payments.
What happens when I hit my usage limits?
If you exceed the usage limits of your current plan, NocoDB will notify you and indicate which limits have been surpassed. You'll receive a 2-week grace period to upgrade to a plan that aligns with your usage needs. During this time, your access remains fully functional, ensuring a smooth transition. If an upgrade is not completed within the grace period, some features may be restricted until your plan is updated.
Can I import data from other tools?
Yes, NocoDB supports seamless data import from a wide range of sources. You can bring in data from tools like Airtable, spreadsheets (Excel), file formats such as CSV and JSON, and even connect directly to external databases. This flexibility makes it easy to migrate existing projects or quickly get started with new ones.
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period. After that, your workspace will be moved to the Free plan, and any usage above free limits may be restricted.
Will NocoDB continue to support the Open source version?
Yep, NocoDB will definitely continue supporting the open-source version! You’ll still have access to unlimited storage and users if you’re self-hosting. However, premium features like advanced form configurations, AI features, extensions, and some other fancy stuff are only available in the cloud and enterprise self-hosted versions. So if you’re looking for the full bells and whistles, you might wanna check those out.
Where can I get a NocoDB self-hosted licence?
To get a NocoDB self-hosted license, you’ll need to create a NocoDB cloud account and purchase the license directly from your cloud profile settings on NocoDB Cloud. All license purchases are tied to your cloud account, and you’ll receive the license keys via email (the same email associated with your cloud account). So just hop onto NocoDB Cloud, head to your profile, and you’re good to go! 🚀
How do I add additional seats to my self hosted licence?
To add users to your self-hosted license, you’ll first add them in your self-hosted instance, then head over to your NocoDB cloud account. In the cloud account, you’ll need to go through the billing section to adjust your plan based on the new user count. Once you’ve updated the plan, you’ll get a new license key sent to your cloud account email. So basically, any change in plan or seat count requires you to grab a fresh license key through your cloud account.
Do you offer refunds?
NocoDB does not offer refunds for unused time or early cancellations. We recommend using the free trial to ensure the plan fits your needs before subscribing.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or educational institutions?
While we deeply support the missions of non-profits and educational institutions, NocoDB already offers accessible pricing by capping the billing amount per workspace, with unlimited seats. Additionally, an open-source version is available for self-hosting at no cost, with most core features included. Given this pricing approach, we do not offer separate discounts for non-profit or educational use at this time.
